I want to make a post about plant based foods on our menu and why eating those at TH are better than elsewhere.

-Choosing real, organic produce in a plant-based diet is better for your health. Organic produce is free from harmful pesticides and chemicals. These nutrients support immune function, reduce inflammation, and improve digestion. In contrast, processed alternatives contain added preservatives, artificial flavors, and high levels of sodium, which negatively affect gut health and increase the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes.
