Looking for a content social post, we're most likely looking for a carousel. We want to showcase why sugar is so addictive and why we can't just sit and have "one cookie" or "one piece of candy."

I've attached a write-out explaining the research and reasoning.

-Why You Can't Stop at Just One Cookie 
--Sugar Spikes: Consuming high amounts of sugar leads to rapid spikes and falls in blood glucose, influencing hunger shortly after eating. 
--Leptin Resistance: Chronic high sugar intake may contribute to leptin resistance, making it hard for the brain to suppress hunger even with sufficient energy reserves. 
--Dopamine Release: Sugar stimulates dopamine, a pleasure-related neurotransmitter, encouraging the brain to continue eating beyond energy needs. 
--Hyper-Palatable Foods: Foods high in sugar don't trigger fullness effectively, leading to overeating and contributing to the obesity epidemic. 
--Evolutionary Drive: Our brains are wired to seek out high-calorie foods for survival, which today leads to cravings due to easy access to such foods.
