Create a congrats post for Kal using the following copy: Kal’s journey with the company began during one of the most uncertain times—right in the middle of the pandemic.  He had been trying to get hired at TownHall for months without luck. But that didn’t stop him. In March 2020, he stepped up and started volunteering, delivering meals to those in need throughout the Cleveland community alongside the TownHall team. That same determination opened the door. By May 2020, Kal became a barback at TownHall Cleveland. Less than a year later, in February 2021, he earned a spot behind the bar. His growth didn’t stop there—by June 2022, he took on the role of Bar Manager at TownHall Columbus. And just a year later, he leveled up again, becoming Managing Director at Mandrake.

In June 2025, Kal embraced another defining moment—coming out at Mandrake Rooftop, surrounded by a team and culture where authenticity is celebrated.
