I like the original tallow history design Slide 1 — What Tallow Actually Is Beef tallow is simply rendered beef fat. That’s it. No processing. No deodorizing. No bleaching. It was the primary cooking fat for most of human history — long before industrial seed oils were invented and rebranded as “heart healthy.” Slide 2 — Built for High Heat (and Real Cooking) Beef tallow has a high smoke point, making it ideal for frying and deep-frying without breaking down. Unlike seed oils, it remains chemically stable under heat, meaning fewer oxidation byproducts and less inflammatory damage when cooked. Slide 3 — Saturated Fat is NOT The Enemy Animal-based saturated fats like stearic acid and palmitic acid are essential for: • Cell membrane structure • Hormone production • Signaling molecules in the body Medium-chain saturated fats (like those from coconut) and animal fats have been shown to support testosterone and metabolic health, not harm it. Slide 4 — Mitochondrial & Metabolic Support Stearic acid — abundant in beef tallow — has been linked to improved mitochondrial function in humans. Your mitochondria are your energy factories. Better mitochondria = better metabolic health, energy, and resilience. Slide 5 — How Humans Actually Ate For hundreds of thousands of years, humans sought: • Fatty meat • Organs • Fruit & honey • (More recently) raw dairy Animal fats like butter, tallow, and fatty meat are also rich in fat-soluble vitamins like K2 and E — nutrients critical for hormone balance, bone health, and cellular function. Don’t fear animal fats. Fear ultra-processed oils pretending to be food. #AnimalBased #FoodOverPharma #RealFats
